With Gratitude

The farm families who own Cabot Creamery Cooperative love what they do. And they’ve been doing it for a long time—every single day since 1919. Over 100 years later, we’re proud of our thriving farms, strong communities, and happy, healthy cows that produce the rich, buttery milk that we use to make Cabot’s award-winning cheese and dairy products. Of course, you’re a big part of this too. You inspire us to keep doing what we do for generations to come.

Fischer Sports

Tabor has represented Fischer since the 2022/23 season and has enjoyed much success with their support. Fischer Sports is an Austrian winter sports equipment manufacturing company, more specifically Nordic skiing, Alpine skiing and ice hockey equipment. Tabor is incredibly grateful to Chris Hall, Nordic Racing Director, for all his tremendous support and kindness.

raisedLIFE

raisedLIFE is a local, Vermont company that is a “style of life” brand created to celebrate outdoor adventures featuring each state and the unique experience and memories they bring.

Coach Colin Rodgers

Tabor’s coach since he was in 7th grade, Colin joined GMVS in 2016 as the Nordic Program Director. Born and raised in Vermont, Colin grew up in Westford and has spent his life on skis — Cross Country, Alpine, Telemark and Alpine Touring. In 2004 Colin completed his degree from Middlebury College in Environmental Geology and captained the Middlebury College Ski Team. Prior to GMVS he lived in Ketchum, Idaho and competed internationally in Cross Country Skiing for seven years. In 2011 he was hired to coach the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation’s Cross Country Gold Team, an elite group of post collegiate athletes aspiring for international success where many of his team went on to compete on the World Cup and at the World Championship level.

Really good DNA!

Tabor likely owes much of his success to the best-in-class DNA he was gifted by his parents. His father, Reid, attended UVM and was a collegiate and nationally ranked alpine racer. Post college, Reid switched to Nordic and biathlon and was a member of the Master’s US Ski Team and winner of US Biathlon Nationals. Tabor’s mom, Laurie, was a nationally ranked ultra-marathon runner as well a member of a top pro adventure racing team with Reid. Tabor’s paternal grandfather was also a top collegiate athlete and semi-pro baseball player.
